Crochet-Along Clue 1

FYI: This did not print out very well on a laser printer. I do not have a colour printer, so I need this in B&W. I cannot read it on paper, so will have to use my screen to work on the clue. I am so disappointed! But I am going to get to work on it right now! I won't let a little thing like printed copy stop me (but it might come in handy next week for you to know this)

You might try hilighting the text (click your mouse and hold it down while going over all the text) then right click and click "copy" then open notepad or Word and right click on the document and click "paste". You can change the text color in 'format' I think. Then you can print it out Have fun!

I think her problem was with the printer....not the document.
Her printer only prints black and white.

The directions for motif #1 say it should measure about 4 1/2 ", but the blocking template is 7". Am I missing something?

My blocking template came out big like someone else mentioned. If I can't figure out how to correct, I will block to the measurments indicated.

For those having trouble with printing, make sure that when the printer dialog box comes up, that Page Scaling is set to None. Some printers automatically go to "fit to printable area," which would increase the size.

Not sure if anyone already asked this, but how many clues are there all together? Sorry in advance if this is a repeated question.

Clues will be released for 15 weeks. But there will not be 15 clues. Some weeks will have resting times, to help us all catch up.

I am still waiting for my yarn to arrive. I think I ordered it online from Joann's on Saturday and it still says they are processing my order. I do hope I get it before the next clue comes out. Drats!!

Ordered yarn last Friday. Tracking information as of 14 Feb said package was in IL. Not sure how long it will take to get to MD from there, but will be excited if there is a box on the porch when I get home. Looking forward to seeing the yarn colors and getting started. This is my first CAL.
