Wow. Everyone's squares are awesome! I finally finished mine  i cant seem to figure 2 things out though:
1. Why is the darker colored square smaller than all the others when everything else was exactly the same?
2. Why are some center holes larger than the others?
Anyone else have perfectionism issues? LOL!!

Not sure how to attach the little completion pie chart. Can someone help me out with that?
Thanks :-)

I have a question about the beginning chain circle. I've noticed that most people have theirs open. I always tighten mine so that there is no open hole in the middle. Is that wrong? Or is it just a preference thing?
Clue 1: Easy Peasy
Clue 2: Took a little longer than expected
Clue 3: Nailed it
Clue 4: Had to change pattern to make work
Clue 5: Done. Not too bad.
Clue 6: Way behind.

Superb first squares !
I have do frog my first one because it's too tight .... The choosen wool was to crochet with 2 strands, and in this colour it's a bit too thick  lukily, the second test, in another colour is absolutly perfect ....
I have a very large stock at home :scared: , so I 'll find another combination : I'll change my colours ... and it'll be OK !

Not sure about the size difference in your squares, but I always pull on my starting chain circle tail and it closes up the inside hole just a bit.

At the bottom of the first post is a little box with code in it. Copy that code and then go to your User Control Panel and edit your signature there. If you add the code and save it will add the pie piece. Shandeh has some pictures on one of these threads...I keep forgetting what I've read where.

You can really see the stitches. Thanks for the close-up. Love that soft/pale yellow.

I snuck :scared: over here from the knitting section... hee hee. All of your "squares" are beautiful! I have yarn envy (I love yarn, love all the fabulous colors. I seriously have a big basket full of yarn all different kinds of colors and textures). What a fabulous job you are doing!

1. Did you use exactly the same type and brand of yarn for all motifs? I know some people are using different brands.
2. I used a magic circle to start mine so I was able to close the holes tight once I tied my ends in. My photo has all different size centre holes but they are now all closed

I am a complete perfectionist, I discovered a way to finish off my last stitch so you cannot tell where it is. I could never stand seeing that personally!

The signature is well explained here:

Just follow the steps and you too can boast being finished clue 1!

I am really enjoying seeing everyone's progress!

Here are my squares...they are only 4 by 4 but will that change if I block them or should I just let them go?
