The pattern instructions read "Make 4 with A, and 2 with MC". Does that help at all?

Am I in danger of running out??I dont usually crochet so loosely and I am afraid I will run out of my color before I finish the afghan!!

You should be fine. After this clue, you will be saving the rest of color A for part of the seaming later.

Just be sure to repeat the parts in the parentheses two times.
Here is round 5 written out completely:
Slip Stitch in first chain 5 space.
Chain 4 (counts as double crochet and chain 1)
1 double crochet, chain 2, 1 double crochet, chain 1, 1 double crochet, chain 1 - in the same chain 5 space
*1 double crochet, chain 1, 1 double crochet, chain 2, 1 double crochet, chain 1, 1 double crochet, chain 1 in next chain 5 space.
Repeat from * around.
Join with slip stitch to third chain of the chain 4.
