Ah yes... well, I did one at lunch and like many others, my size is off for the "H", so I will try it with an "I" when I get home tonight. It was about 9.5 inches instead of 11.

You can try to slip stitch up if you prefer, and let us know how you think it looks!

I do slip stitch and it does'nt show. So instead of weaving i'm stitch slipping!

I slip stitched instead of fastening off the third round, and it looks just fine. Pic's to be posted in the other thread when I stop getting distracted at work!

The template when cut along the outside edges should measure 11". Make sure your printer is set to 'actual size' or Scaling = None.

I must be having a "senior moment" too this morning...because I agree :)

I hav to agree with you. Row 5 is very poorly written & very confusing. I don't usually have problems with a row but I did this one. It took me about 5 tries (kept trying to read the pattern) before I finally "got it" by looking at the diagram. I'm glad I'm not the only one that was having this problem. I figured it was the meds that I'm taking for the flu I've got.

I was okay on Row 5 - but I've ripped out row 6 about 4 times alreayd! Ergh.

On round 4 I found it works well just slipping up to the 5-dc group. But, I've had to frog round 5 two times :idonno: . I will now print the diagram and work some more on it tonight! Cheers to all, hope to post some pictures in the correct string in a few days. :bravo:

The sad part for me is that I was already working with an "I" so I have to jump up to a "J"!!!! :rainy:
