Here's my first one, done in stone brown, although the color in the picture is a little washed out.

I'm so excited to be using Contrast D! I was so sure this morning I'd be making more big motifs & using my Contrast C (which is orange & a color I have a personal aversion to). I'm going to have to figure out how to "resize" my pics so I can post my clues & colors.

Here are a couple photo resizers that work well.

The pic isn't all that great but I'm trying to decide which I should make for color D

I'm leaning more towards the white.

Oh, good! This is what my square looks like...I wasn't sure if I was doing the popcorn stitch correctly or not. I managed to get gauge with a K hook (6.50 mm).

can you post a photo next to your other squares? that will help us make a recommendation. They both look great on their own!

Looking at both your squares it appears you have missed a popcorn stitch on the second row. Each side should have 3 popcorns when finished. So you may have missed it as the first or last popcorn, most likely the last one before the 3rd round.
I also wanted to say I prefer the darker motif. Such a pretty colour!

I am hoping that C color A, B, C
are used equally in size in the afghan
because I am really no crazy about the
Butter color I used for the last square.
If not I would really rather change it
So it is so much of it in the afghan.

As usual... I made the first motif, of this clue, wayyyyyy harder than it really was. Last week I had a pretty tight tension so this week I tried to loosen things up a bit. Looks like I need to go back to my "normal" tension. This first one is a tad big.
