Do you think it will matter or should I go ahead and do two more in the main color, and as instructed :hrmm: I can always do something with the "extra" two that I made.

You will definitely need the two motifs in MC. The number of each color is important for the design.

Finished the 2 for the MC and still have all 4 in color B to go. I am kind of taking my time on purpose though. I am pretty positive that this Wednesday will be a catch up week. I am still trying to figure out how this is going to take 15 weeks! We have done 6 weeks and only have the putting it together and boarder to go. I am assuming (carefully assuming) that we will be given 2 weeks for each of those, so that makes 10 weeks. If this week is in fact a catch up week that makes 11 weeks...still 4 weeks short? :idonno: :idonno: :idonno: I have made so much extra stuff by keeping up with the project week to week. I've so far made 3 dresses, a diaper bag, a baby hat, and 2 blankets. Not to mention having my 6 year old niece stay the weekend so I made her like a dozen little hearts (one for each of her doll babies)! I feel very accomplished but at the same time I am super excited to finish this blanket! I have been trying to NOT guess what it will look like when we put it together on purpose, I like looking at the spoilers to make sure that my octagons and squares look the same as everyone elses, but as far as guessing what it may look like I try to avoid those pictures!

2 posts in a row because I was going to ask a question and forgot. If 100 posts gets you to 3 balls of yarn and the title of Fibre Fiend how many posts to 4 and 5 balls of yarn and what are their titles? I have never seen anyone with those titles yet! Just wondering. That's all!

I'm waiting to find out as well. We've been talking about it in the "Balls of Yarn in Sidebar" discussion.

Me too :). I just finished week one of the KAL and I am almost done with week 6 of the CAL. If next week is a catch up week, it will be a knit catch up for me :)

I am behind now! I only have one motif of clue 6 done
I hope to get things done this week so I can catch up! Warmer weather and too many things to do outside, plus Momma Cat had 7 kittens and are they ever so cute! I have to ride husband's motorcycle to the shop for some work tomorrow! I guess I could take the crocheting along and do it there! Wouldn't that be a hoot!!! Pack the bag full of yarn and sit out on the bench and crochet!! Think I will try that, just to get some caught up! Looking forward to the next clue!! :reading:
