I had settled on a layout (not the Bernat layout), but have never committed to it by sewing my blocks together. I saw your layout last week, and after I saw it again with the edging, I decided to scrap my plan and follow yours if you don't mind. :cloud9: I had already made an additional Week 4 popcorn square, so I will use it in the middle too, and make three more Week 1 squares in my main color to use instead of the 3 different colors. Thank you for your beautiful layout.

Here's mine, finally!!! :D Thanks again for your great layout.

Love your bright colours! :inlove:

Better late than never. I now have my afghan together using the above layout. I love the border and would love to add it as well. Can someone please help me by letting me know the stitch used on the border?

I received a private message from tjwjlove, with instructions for her border.

"The border I did was the one Bernat gave use and them added to it. Join yarn, ch.4 (counts as 1st dc & ch-1) dc in the space before the ch-4 was worked. (back to the right). dc in the next st. on the other side on the ch-4 ( to the left) ch-1. dc in the same as the beginning ch-4. dc in next st, back to the left, ch-1, dc back to the right in the previous st. This makes an X pattern, I think it was called the cross stitch. I hope I explained it good enough. It sounds hard but once you get it, it goes quick."

Thanks for posting this! I was just looking for an edging for another afghan I'm working on, and this looks like just what I needed. :cloud9:
