yes, I have been over it twice. There is the shipping and billing addresses. I filled out the shipping one first - obviously using my UK address - then I went to the billing drop-down menu,underneath that there was a tick box option which said "use shipping address".. I ticked the box and the billing address automatically filled in my address. From that point I thought it was all ok - did the card, went to "checkout" and then the big red letters saying the addresses didn't match. Perhaps on that same page where the shipping and billing addresses are displayed the problem may lie. I looked at both - on the shipping address it says Great Britain at the bottom, but on the Billing address it does not show Great Britain even though I filled out the drop down menues exactly the same, picking Great Britain!! Not sure whether that is that cause, but thanks for your help.
