I can imagine using a dark colored Super Value yarn, with a lighter Mosaic.
Or a black Super Value yarn, with a neon shade Mosaic.

So many interesting combinations come to mind!

I love this hat too! I think I'd make it with "Granite" in Bernat Super Value and "Into the Woods" in Bernat Mosaic.

That is very clever, you can practise your skills with only two skeins but it looks like you have had to carry many dfferent colours to achieve the look.
