I tried looking for the mermaid cowl but I can't find it :(

The Mermaid Cowl is one of the patterns in Bernat's Free e-book for Mosaic yarn.

Isn't it a pretty stitch? So far I have made a dishcloth and an oversized coaster/blankie for my valentine's monster with the stitch.

Hi zhanie! Wow, I love the mermaid cowl. That is a Very cool stitch!!
I saw in the Jo-Ann flyer that they are offering Crochet 101 class. . .considering trying it! :hrmm: :scared:
I'm afraid that I will forget how to knit, if I do crochet! (Silly, I know! :o )
If I do try to learn, it would be nice to have an instructor or mentor. I don't catch on to things quickly  , but when I do, in my own time and way, I tend to do quite well when I get comfortable. It took me a while to catch on to casting on when I was re-learning to knit, but from there I just took to knitting like a duck to water. :D

I have added the ebook to My Favorites! I love the patterns and the instruction illustrations are Very helpful!
I would like to try Entrelac sometime in "near" future ;) and the headband could just be my first project.
