Learn to Crochet pattern book

I am looking for a particular pattern that came in a "Learn to Crochet" book. The beginning of the book had a glossary of crochet stitches with a sampler blanket at the end of the book. I have leant this book to everybody who wanted to learn to crochet and was always able to get a new copy at Walmart. They no longer have this book and everyone I gave it to cannot find their copy.
