I made it with scrape yarn from other projects I made for them. The pattern I found on Ravelry. It originally came from Paton's website.(I wonder if it is related to Bernat because the website is exactly like Bernat's.)
I improvised with the yarn I had on hand. The hat is made with Bernat Baby Jacquards. It is just a basic stocking cap made smaller.

I have never heard of Phentex; it is not available in stores that I haunt.
