What type of crochet hooks do you like to use?
How do you hold your hooks?

When I was younger, I held my hook with a pencil grip, and twisted my wrist a lot to do my stitches. But, as I've gotten older, my arthritis has kept me from doing it like that. In fact, for the longest time, I thought I would have to give up crochet, because the twisting hurt my wrist so bad! But when I tried an ergonomic hook, and held the hook from the top, my pain went away.
