Blanket made with Bernat Baby Coordinates Yarn

I am working on making a baby blanket and am totally stumped with the pattern...I have never been this stumped before. I am working on the side panels...there are sixteen rows in the pattern. I have worked the pattern once. After the 16th row the pattern reads"Last 16 rows form pat between * and*. Work a further 16 rows in pat, dec 1 st at each end of every row (as before). 205 sts rem. As I had previously decreased stitches there are not as many stitches on the needle as when I started, so do I just decrease that number of stitches off each end of the pattern? Help!!

I am using the pattern from the Bernat Baby Coordinates Traditions book. It is the blanket from the Christening Gown and Blanket pattern.

I saw the pattern in the book today and yes you continue to decrease you are making a mitered corner and need to continue the decrease. Are you also making the Christening gown? It's a beautiful dress and blanket. Hope you post a picture when you have it finished.

I am not making the christening gown but will post picture of the blanket when I get it completed. I am doing it in green instead of white.
