top down cardigan

Hi, I am half way done with my cardigan and now I am trying to figure out how to put the sleeves in. I am not really understanding the directions that well because they don't really explain to well how to put them in. The book I am using is Bernat Mosaic (Sweaters and Accessories) and the pattern is Top Down Cardigan on page 42. Does anyone have this book that can help me out with this or have done this pattern.
