Looking for an older pattern...

I am looking for a baby blanket pattern that was in a Crochet Digest, late 80's or early 90's. It was crocheted in baby color stripes and when you finished the last of the color sequence you dropped stitched with white in halfs, doubles and triples. It gave it a beautiful frosted look. The edging was a really pretty white scalloped border in singles, halfs, doubles and triples. Made the mistake of loaning the book to a neighbor who managed to loose it in her house.
