need help with quick increases

Making a v-neck vest for a child. It's a pattern I've reverse engineered from a photo. I'm finding the number of stitches that I need to increase over a short number of rows means increasing 3 stitches at the end of each row for 10 rows. It doesn't look attractive so far.

I'm trying this in tunisian so any tips would help and I'll make them work for me.

Any thoughts or ideas?
