I can't wait to do the next 2. :knit: I learned so much; the importance of gauge/tension, my first time sewing pieces together, many new stitches, first time knitting diagonally, and many many more things. Thank you to Bernat for hosting and providing such great instructions. :notworthy: The Waverly yarn is awesome to work with and because it is machine washable the afghans will make great Christmas gifts for my sons and their young families!

I'm going to try to post a better picture tomorrow. I'd really like the picture to show the patterning in the squares better. 8-)

I love your blanket. It's gorgeous! :inlove:
Happy knitting and crocheting!!

I'm much happier with these pictures which show the patterns in the squares a little better. Although now the colors aren't as vibrant because of the sun. Oh well, I'm a knitter not a photographer! :D

My colors are Waverly Classic Navy, Antique, Tibetan Red, Gypsy Gold, and Stone Brown.

Love seeing the texture of your stitches. Very even knitting! Great job! Have you tried it out yet? I took my second nap today with mine and it's just as comfortable as yesterday! :cloud9:
Have half of the second long border done already. Much faster than first! :crown:

Thanks zhanie...I chose the Town and Country palette because I decided that our new home would have color in it. Our last house was done in all neutral tones and we needed a change. Although the afghan still has a dark brown which matches our woodwork and a tan color which matches our furniture, the red and the gold and the blue (lower level carpet color) liven it up and I am very pleased with the final look of my Mystery afghan. :D

Well I just had to post a picture of my finished blanket. I have been a bit of a lurker here on this forum and have enjoyed reading other people's posts. I loved participating in this KAL and am thinking I would like to knit this afghan again with some better colour choices.
