Knit-Along: Finished Blanket Photos

Well I just had to post a picture of my finished blanket. I have been a bit of a lurker here on this forum and have enjoyed reading other people's posts. I loved participating in this KAL and am thinking I would like to knit this afghan again with some better colour choices.

I'm much happier with these pictures which show the patterns in the squares a little better. Although now the colors aren't as vibrant because of the sun. Oh well, I'm a knitter not a photographer!

Beautiful job. I love the way the "Ohio Star" pops with the red and off white squares. Nicely done.

I love your colors--all blues, grays, and whites. Very soothing colors. I want to try it again with different colors as well. I may not do all the stitches. Good job on your blanket.

Not my best work. I was never good at attaching things. But I loved the process and at least it's not another UFO. Also it's soft and warm and I like it a lot. I might try to do it again in another color scheme. Congrats to all of us for the good work !!!
