Oh boy, tomorrow is the big day, can't wait to get started. Have all my yarn and crochet hook, I'm excited about this project.

Silly me! I got up this morning, got all my supplies together, sat down to get the first clue only to realize I was a day too early! I can't wait!

Wonder which one I will start with?

I have 2 sets of color since I'm making both. I borrowed hubby's computer and I have my laptop ready for both clues at the same time. then I'll decide which one I start first. OMG I need another pair of hands.

I teach school and today a boy sat on the rug and said that something was under the carpet. I rolled it up and there was a beautiful old silver crochet hook. I have no idea how it got there. It made me think of how this is combining the old and the new. I can't wait to start.

I am so excited. My darling husband is already sick of hearing about it. I totally forgot it was Valentine's Day this morning. Instead I jumped out of bed and announced, "Tomorrow will be the first clue!!!!!" I know he's really glad there are forums this time so I can share all of my excitement, frustrations, and the whole adventure here instead of talking to him about it since all he's managed to figure out is that I love doing these things and that I get a bit crazy when one of my hooks or needles goes missing.
