What are YOU working on to pass the time?

Talk about the KAL/CAL in a general sense. Knitters and crocheters, get to know one another while discussing your choices of Bernat Waverly shades!

Took me working on it off and on all weekend, but I got all 63 squares pieced together and now am working on the border. The pattern calls for only two of the colors in the border, but I have enough yarn of each left to add all four colors to the border.

It is beautiful. What is the pattern name or did you make it up?

It's a freebie. Go to www.favecrafts.com and search for "Crochet Granny Afghan" and it should be one of the top ones. I would post the link, but it is originally from another yarn company and that is in the link title.

Well, I have a scap blanket called Vintage Vertical Stripe Crocheted Blanket for my son. I have a ton of scraps. I am also making a dishcloth for a silent auction. I am going to start a cross stitch pattern based on Proverb 31 that I want to do. I really need to figure out my UFO's so that I can finish them this year.

I'm working on an order for a photographer friend of mine. She wanted some baby cocoons (this is the third one), some flowers that can clip on to the cocoons (you can see 2, and the other cocoons, in the background), and today I have to go pick up yarn to make her a newborn puppy hat.

I'm really happy with how the cocoons have turned out, the are so thick and soft, thanks for Bernat Roving. I LOVE that stuff! I will most likely be picking more of it up today as well.

love the cocoons where can you get the patterns????

I have been making hats for my grandchildren. They are the first hats that I have ever made and have turned out very cute.

Have been finishing two baby quilts for the community baby shower, and a baby sweater and cocoon for my BF granddaughter.

I've often thought of selling my crocheted items. Do you sell enough to make it worthwhile?
thanks,
Renee

I'm a SAHM so any is a help. It is slowing down a bit right now. It was crazy busy August-January.
