Now I started a new knitting project, although that orange yarn you see there is yet another crochet project I started... I have to stop starting projects before others are done! lol

Great job! Impressive first try.

Beautiful work!
Nice, clean edges, and it's all the same size from top to bottom, and side to side.
Very professional-looking! 8-)

I have not seen that magazine--does it have a large variety of things to crochet???? Mostly I use VERY old Workbasket mags.

Oh, it is a subscription magazine, but they do have a few free projects on their website at crochettoday.com, but most of the patterns you would have to buy the issue in order to get the pattern. :)

I finished this one today. Hope your like. If the big CAL doesn't keep you busy enough the little ones will. I love the smaller projects. They do go fast and at least you feel like you accomplished something. I must say that the Mystery Cal is really nice, and it doesn't seem like it taking that long. Image

Beautiful! Wasn't that flower an interesting pattern? I enjoyed learning to make mine.

I wonder if they could be made out something that would be scratchy. I'm thinking two of them stuffed with batting and sewn together would make a pretty pot scrubber.

Any ideas on a good yarn??
