It doesn't have as many rounds in it as the directions said, but she has a small head  Anyways, she thought she was quite fashionable this morning as she headed off to school. We'll see if it lasts the day of an active 6 year old! :crown:

I wish I had a little girl  very nice

I'm thinking that this stitch would make a cute hat. :hrmm:

Funny that you say that, my girls have been fighting over whose turn it is to wear my purse on their head. :idonno:
I cannot claim to understand my children.

I've decided to join in the fun! I grabbed some Bernat Super Value in Granite and cast on my first row. I was a little confused doing my first crocodile tears, but figured it out with a little help.

I have one row done (so far i'm only working on this at lunchtimes at the design studio), and will get more tears shortly!

Yay to joining the fun!! I am really enjoying this project, although admittedly I am S...L...O...W having only accomplished 3 full rows of tears. I am using yarn from my very small stash (still a newbie at the yarn arts) so I will probably have a striped bag when complete. But since it is for my daughter who has a bright personality, it should work out just fine

Shichemell, your bag is very nicely done! It really looks nice in a dark color. I have lots of dark purple yarn so maybe I will make one for my fanantic for purple aunt whose birthday was two days ago. Nice break for all the bobbles on clue 4. Thank you for posting the link for the cording part. Had you not done that I probably would not have considered the bag for her. Instead of bobbling, I tried the cord and it comes out nicely. Thanks for the help and idea...
