I have to put this hat on hold for a bit, I am giving my shoulder and neck a rest for a week now that I have finished my two blankets. Then I will determine whether or not I can make that knitted cabled blanket for my cousin's wedding in August.

I am sorry to say that I won't have the time to play along this time...life has just gotten in the way.
But the pattern is saved on my hard drive for a later date!

I've been working on mine, just finished it. I made a lot of mistakes but just kept going. This was my 1st knit project and knew if I started over I world never finish. With all the mistakes I made I still love the hat. I learned a lot so I'm very glad I finished it.

This is your first knit project? It looks terrific, good for you! I think you can probably take your pick of knit projects now and find them easier than this one!

Congratulations! You jumped into knitting with both feet! That is quite an accomplishment for a beginning knitter.

Thanks Shandeh. Your Video's helped so much and when I wasn't on line I had 3 How-To-Books. I am a very determined person and when I put my mind to something I just can't give up. I took me 22 hours. My husband was watching the clock. He knew I wouldn't give up. It was very slow since I didn't know what I was doing, but I think I finally got the hang of it. Again, THANKS FOR THE VIDEO'S.
