Here is my pair of slippers. I used Bernat Super Value left over from my grandson's blanket. I moved into my condo last year. I cannot wear shoes inside because I get shocked every time I touch something. My feet get cold. I hope that these slippers help. They should keep my feet warm. They feel really soft and cushiony. :D I didn't put on the pom-poms because I am not the pom-pom kind of girl.

They look GREAT! I love those pom poms. :)
And I agree that they are fun to make.

You did a great job on your slippers!

I probably won't put pom poms on mine either. I was thinking of maybe doing a crochet border at the top of mine, to make them fit more snug around the foot.....we'll see.

I love everyone's slippers with and without pompoms. I have been thinking of starting a knitting group in our apartment building and this would be a perfect project for those who have no or very little experience.

Grandsons wife called in and saw my slippers and loved them, so I gave her some scrap yarns and my needles and pattern, she is learning to knit and eager to make herself some slippers.

That's a great idea! You will make some friends, and have a good time together. And making the slippers will be an added bonus! Be sure to post photos if it happens. :)

I decided to dress up my slippers a little.
I added a single crochet border around the opening for the foot, then made a simple decoration. (An uncut pom-pom)
