Back for another CAL Mystery!

How many of you participated in our earlier Mystery CAL in 2010?

I did the Mystery CAL in 2010, first aghan I actually completed, I had done many scarfs and hats, but never an afghan, I would start one and get bored with it and never finish. I loved the different blocks and stitches, it kept me interested and anxiously waiting for the next clue. Can't wait to get to get started on this one!

I did the one in 2010 and learned so many new things. I think the most valuable was the joining technique--it certainly makes it easier and neater--I use that method for all my joining now. I am very excited about the new CAL and can't wait to get started. Since my DH wants to use this for our king-sized bed, I plan to increase my hook size and I bought extra yarn!

CAN'T WAIT FOR fEB 15TH....!!!!! Did the last one in crochet and this time am doing knitting...hope it turns out as nice as the last one !!! Sooo much fun waiting for the next clue !! Hope I picked out the right colors the last one I choose their colors. Waiting patiently...............sue

I did not participate personally in the 2010 CAL, but I was there minute-by-minute when someone else in my stitching group worked through it. She made more than one of the 2010 afghans at the same time. I was truly in awe. It was because I loved the result of her efforts that I determined to join in this year's myster CAL.

I participated in the 2010 CAL and had so much fun! Trying to be patient waiting for this one to start! I also decided this year to make the knitted one as well as the crocheted one! Can't wait to use my new Waverly yarn!!

I'M BACK!!! I participated in the 2009 Mystery Knit Along. It was a wonderful learning experience. I learned so many new techniques. Loved the end product. I usually give all my blankets away, but my husband snagged that one for himself. It proudly adorns his recliner in our camper.
I also participated in the Project Linus KAL/CAL. What a fun project that was!!! I have no more little babies, but love doing baby blankets. I completed and sent in 5 total. Not to mention that they all went to such a worthwhile charity. Kudos to Bernat for giving me the opportunity to donate to a charity.

I know I loved learning all those interesting crochet stitches with the Mystery Blanket in 2010. And I enjoyed making all four of the baby blanket patterns last year too!

I like our discussion forum so much better than our discussions on the blog, don't you?
