Those of us in Colorado are about to get hit with lot of snow. 20 inches where I live. So go ahead and release the first clue. Come on! This is the perfect time to give us something to work on. PLEASE?
Well I tried.......to shovel the driveway. Then my snow shovel broke. I have another one but the scoop is really small. Guess I will just have to crochet now! LOL!
Hey, feel free to send some of that snow up here! I'm making a bulky cabled toque and it currently feels like the most pointless project because it's like spring here
Temperature Scarf KAL: Bernat Satin, corrugated ribbing.
Y'all can keep the snow over there Kcarella. I live in the Western Slope here in Colorado and even though i know we need the snow I'm just as happy with the not so cold weather we have over here. I say let it snow on the mountains so it can fill the river up but kinda glad its not here in town.
Our weather in Charlotte, North Carolina has been unseasonably warm. Feels like Spring! I'm not wishing for snow, but I am wishing it would cool down a bit. The way things are going, I will NEVER get to wear any of my sweaters!

Why bother taking the snow from Colorado when you can have all the snow we got over here in NewFoundland? It's snowing quite a lot right now, and Nova Scotia is worse. They've had a full 24 hours of snowfall, and the Canso Causeway, the bridge that connects Cape Breton to Mainland Nova Scotia, was closed for a good part of the day due to the snow.
I think that a lot of us have been experiencing some strange weather lately.
I live in the Southern US (North Carolina), and we had a very strange winter this year. It shouldn't have even been CALLED winter. I wonder how hot our summer is going to be?
What has the weather been like in your part of the world?
I am in Northeastern Louisiana and we have been using our air conditioner in the daytime for almost 3 weeks already. Waaaay to early. At least we finally have been having plenty of rain...we were more than 20 inches below normal when summer ended, bad for a place that relys on water recreation for tourism. We had about 2 week of winter and that was mostly at night. I think Mother Nature in going through menopause...unpredictability, hotflashes and general grouchiness
