I have the new twist & Twirl pattern, I didn't notice it was for a knitter.. I'm a crocheter.. and left handed.
I would be so blessed if some wonderful knitter would help me understand this . I'm also a newbie with this site ,and need direction .. Thank you

I wish I could help. I both crochet and knit, but I have never tried converting patterns from one form to another. I found this site http://www.planetshoup.com/easy/tips/convert.shtml

I hope it helps.

Go to your favourite search engine and type in 'crochet ruffle scarf'. The basics of how to crochet this style of scarf (though using different yarns) should get you closer to figuring this out.
I am not sharing the links since none I could find related to Bernat, but if I could find them using the key phrase above, so can you.

Good luck!

Ruffle Scarf, using Twist & Twirl yarn

Postby Shandeh » Thu Mar 15, 2012 11:16 am

It took me too long to make this, because I kept setting it aside to work on other projects.
But it turned out beautifully!

You did a beautiful job!!! Those scarves are just scrumptious. I have the yarn but haven't had the time to make it up yet. :( Between working two jobs and going to college my time seems to just disappear. I am thinking that I have to get used to the idea that I am no longer the "energizer bunny to the 10th" that I use to be.

Thanks for the compliment! I like how fluffy this scarf is.

I know what you mean about energy ebbing away. When I turned 43, I had to learn to pace myself, allowing more time for everyday tasks. My arthritis, low iron, and general fatigue make it impossible to do all the things I did in my 20s and 30s.

I have my yarn stashed away ready to be made into a scarf too! I think it's the same colour as your Shandeh. Beautiful work, they are so pretty aren't they? :bravo:
