Hey Mimidesigner,
Your English is beautiful - c'est une bonne façon de le pratiquer ici!
I'm excited for the KAL too and am doing a second swatch this week-end.
I found that the price of the yarn on the website with the 25% off and free shipping came out to the same price as at Zellers and I got the colours and quantities I wanted. ;)

H K1P1quebec,
Thanks for my English! It's amazing because I gave the address of my daughter to receive yarns. My husband doesn't know about that. :o I have too much work on plan.... 1 cardigan, 1 winter coat to sew and much more... He can not understand  !!!!!

I will be starting this project in In NewFoundland and, from what I know so far, I'll be finishing it in Nova Scotia! And then, when it's done, I'll be taking it over to England with me when I go next January. I can't wait to see the finished product!

Thank you for the encouragement! I need some immersion instruction, I think. Because everything I've learned so far has been in American high school and books. I went to Montreal once, for one week. It helped to hear people speaking French there, but I only tried saying a few things. I told the hotel maid that the room was very pretty. (She giggled) I ordered hot chocolate from a small restaurant. (they all giggled) So, I know my North Carolina accent must be getting in the way of things.

You know French is the second most difficult language to learn, just after chinese language. So, when you understand and say some words, it's great. A good practive for you, knit with a French pattern. You translate with a Web translator.... :reading:
