We made four different baby blankets for Project Linus. Two were crocheted, and two were knitted.

I made all four of them. Now, they are wrapped around a baby somewhere in the world.

I'm back for this year's CAL. Last year was my first CAL and I really enjoyed it. I gave the finished product to a co-worker as a "just because" gift and she loved it so much. This year, I am going to try the KAL as well. While I consider myself an accomplished crocheter, there is always something new to learn and new techniques to master; I am very new to knitting so working along with the KAL at the same time should help me improve technique and skills all the way around. Looking forward to doing both.

Meee! It was a satisfying experience. The pace was good, and help from those in the forums got me past the sticking points. Father-in-Law really loved the finished afghan he received as a combo Christmas/housewarming gift! I'm looking forward to the current CAL.

I did the 2010 one & wished there had been one for 2011, too So happy to have another one. I have my yarn & my hook & I'm ready for the instructions!! Let the fun begin

I did the first CAL. LOVED it. Donated it to my school for a drawing. Worth every minute, learned new stitches and couldn't be happier.

I did the 2010 CAL. It was the first time I had picked up my crochet hook in about 3 1/2 years and it was the very first crochet project I actually finished. I am so excited to do another one.

I am back. I loved the blanket from last time and can't wait to start another one. It seems like it is the only time I get to crochet something for ME !!!!!

I was part of the 2010 CAl as well and made two of them! My daughter and daughter-in-law both proudly display them! Different colours for different rooms - one made with the colours given and the other of my choice to match the designated room! Learned so much from the the experience - some new techniques as in the mitred square, and the wonderfully easy way to sew them together ... I use this method in all my work now! Thanks! bglknitter
