shower baby booties help me understand what to do

I need to know what to do after I pick up the7 stitches alongeach side of the heel of the bootie. Knit what 11 more rows? Everything or just part of the work? :hrmm:

After picking up and knitting stitches, you should now have 47 stitches on your needle. You will now knit 11 rows with those 47 stitches.
