Crochet-Along Clue 1

I am so excited - this is my very first CAL. I work from home and I can hear my yarn in the other room calling my name. Maybe I will crochet for lunch - it is after all calorie free!!!!

One down, eleven more to go. Guess I know what I'll be doing at my daughters' 2 hour-long soccer practices tonight.

First circle was like an appetizer, just wanted to make more immediately after I finished, but that's all my lunch time would allow. *sigh* back to work.

:bravo: I did it, I'm through with my crochet squares, they came out perfectly and I'm very glad with this first result, now I'll swap my hook for needles and start my knit squares

This work thing is really lame. I work to support the stash, but it leaves so little time to actually work with said stash!

Just finished my first MC square! On to see how many I can get done during a movie:) Thanksgoodness I got an early start today and finished my schol lesson and Laundry was finished yesterday!

I only block work that is for a garment. I usually don't block blanket pieces. But, that's just me.

I was so happy to see you post this. I don't usually block blanket pieces either (not that I've done alot of them) and was glad to see that I could probably get by without it.

I did 6 squares this morning while my youngest was at school, but now I’d better do some housework. Hahaha!

Plus, my girls are anxiously awaiting the dresses I’m crocheting for them. They want to wear them tomorrow, so I’d better get busy. We have a whole week to do this clue after all.
