Here is what my printer setting look like when I print. (But, of course, every printer screen looks completely different.)

I figured out why I do not have those printer settings, actually, to give proper credit, my husband figured it out. I use Chrome. He uses FireFox. Adobe opens and prints differently for each of us. I eventually just sent him the link and had him print out the template for me. His printing measures 4.5". SO I placed mine in the blue bin.
Sadly, had I realized my size was all wrong 10.75 hours ago I could have saved myself some major disappointment and had the correct size. Instead I now refuse to take out all my squares and am now completely done my 12, at a smaller scale than proper.

My colours do not look correct using my iPhone. I love the beauty of them and sure wish you could see how great they were together too

I used Loops and Threads Yarn in Fern, Cadet, Butterscotch, and Aqua. My other color is white for this afghan.

Very nice I am using Loops and Threads also :hellogoodbye:

The yarn was on sale too!!!

iheartjava wrote:Well....finished my first square finally after miscounting the first time around. When i did my gauge, i found i needed to go to smaller hook (size g), however this square seems a bit small. Should i stick with this size, or go back to H hook? I am new to crocheting and CAL, so any suggestions are welcome :helpme:

Thanks in advance for your help. Hope the photo uploads.

Mine looks just like yours!! I was starting to worry because everyone else's are much more circular. It seems to be the right size, 4 1/2 inches. I didn't fasten off, because it's only a practise square as I'm still awaiting my official CAL yarn to arrive in the mail, but if I'm doing it wrong I'd like to correct it before the good stuff comes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I apologize for the size of the picture. I'm not sure how to make it smaller.
This is my first time doing one of these. This is going to fun.

Everyone's are looking great. I made 2 last night- It was a long day at work and didnt get started until almost 10pm EST! Glad to see mine look like those that were posted ;)

On a side note- where is the smiley for a crocheter? I see one for a knitter :knit: but this is a CAL so I think we need one of a crocheter too!--Just sayin......
