Lilacs and Lace afghan

I am hoping that someone out there has the 2nd page of the written instructions for the Lilacs and Lace afghan. This was sold as a kit years ago and I am just finishing it now. Just realized I misplaced the 2nd page that has the rest of the insertion panel instructions. Does anyone have a copy they could share? I'd greatly appreciate it if you do!
