they are roses and Thanks. It is an old pattern from Red Heart when they made the Pounder Thread.

I think I saved a pattern like that long ago, intending to make it 'one day'. My desire to learn to make roses is what got me back into crocheting.

I think you can click on the person's name and send a PM that way.
Was looking at it again, since it has eight petal groups, maybe it would not be to hard to modify motif into an octagonal one, and we would have another CAL motif. Would you try to send me the pattern motif? Thanks so much...
