What are YOU working on to pass the time?

Talk about the KAL/CAL in a general sense. Knitters and crocheters, get to know one another while discussing your choices of Bernat Waverly shades!

Trying to use up my stash so I'm making my very first tote bag. I'm using Lily Sugar n Cream. I think I originally bought it for dishcloths and got sidetracked somehow. Go figure! :D

I'm making a blanket for my 25 year old son. He saw a blanket I had made, and liked it a lot. His favorite color is blue, so I'm using blue yarns from my stash. I'm double stranding the yarn, so it will be a very warm, cushy blanket. I'm using a reversible rib design, which is very easy and very boring. Ha!

I will post a photo later. Right now, I'm on the forum with my Wii, and it uses an Opera browser. Don't know how to do photos with that.

Oh boy, I get bored so quickly so I've got a few projects on the go :hrmm:

1. Coffee table runner
2. Wavy shell afghan :cloud9:
3. Granny square Afghan
4. Star shaped Afghan
5. knitting my puppy a sweater ( one I designed) :inlove:

I work nights so I'm usually up late working on projects :scared:

I bought crochet thread yesterday to work on a table runner for a filet crochet project.

Baby blanket for my best friend, 1/2 done. Mittens and socks for myself. Commissioned (word-of-mouth) jobs: a baby blanket (couple rows from completion), child mittens, child hat, four hats, two scarves. And that's just what I have on the docket now...as soon as my jobs clear up I'll be working on stock for online selling. Plus I work full time. I'm definitely more looking at finding time to squeeze the KAL and CAL in more than finding things to fill empty time.

The good thing is that the CAL/KAL squares are small and perfect commute/lunch projects, while most of my other WIPs are not a good size for traveling.

EDIT: Oh, and I'm planning a sort of stitch sampler in five 8"x10" frames I have empty for my living room. That's another easy-carry one.

I'm working on finishing up a doily for my m-i-l. I'm also working on some slippers and just finished a hat. :-)

A small bag for a dear friend, a nice ripple afghan, I should make about 5 about-to-be-born and just-born and just-gor-preggers gifts. Also my assignment with my sister, which has to be done with a music theme.
