Knit-Along Clue 1: Spoilers and Photos

I have finished all 8 squares and they are mostly the right size, a little lopsided. I blocked some a couple of days ago using wet cloth and letting it dry but they are not staying blocked. Is is a waste of time to block now or is there another method that lasts longer?

I have really been enjoying looking at everyone's squares they all look amazing. I have 5 out of 8 done hope to get the last three done before tomorrow though if I don't get off these forums I will never get them done. Though reading here is almost as much fun as knitting and crocheting. I did finish the squares for the CAL they went a lot faster then the knitted squares at least for this week. Ok off to knit hope to be back before the end of the knit(that's night ) to add my knit badge wish me luck

You might try using steam to block them instead. I've found steam to work better with acrylic yarns.
