I'm new here and I joined up for the Crcohet-along...I had received an email about a month ago after I had signed into Bernat to view patterns. I am in love!
I have crocheted on and off for just over 14 years...self taught when I was pregnant with my oldest daughter.![]()
Anyway..I recently began redoing my living room and I have loved a certain Waverly fabric which my hubby bought me so I can make my valence and some matching throw pillows...and then I find out there is Waverly colored Bernat yarn..OH THE JOYS!![]()
I have never made an afghan...always wanted to but I preferred the smaller projects with the quick satisfaction...but when I saw a mystery afghan with weekly clues...I knew I wanted to do it!
So I am working on week 2 clue now and it's so pretty...I keep daydreaming of how my friends and family will be amazed at my gorgeous afghan that matches my valence.
I am so happy to be here.
