I immediately jumped on the bandwagon for the crochet as I have been doing that since I can remember! I thought the KAL would be a good way to reinforce what I already know and do some new stuff too!
Now here is the question I have when reading the pattern -- "Rep last 2 rows for pat until Block measures 9½" [24.5 cm], ending with a 2nd row of pat." I am having trouble reading this section. I know "pat" means pattern --- but what does it mean to repeat for pattern, and what does it mean to end with a 2nd row of pattern? Or Ending with 2 rows of pattern does that mean 2 rows of knit or 2 rows of the K1below row?! Or simply ending the square with the K1 below row?
Any help for this knitting newbie would be greatly appreciated!
It means that you repeat those 2 rows over and over again, until your knitting length is 9 1/2"
When your piece measures to that length, make sure your last row is Row 2. Then, bind off.
