I wish I could eat some of that!
My silly toothache has ruined my food choices this past week.

Only soft foods until it's fixed. :tears:

My oven broke last weekend. It will cost over a thousand dollars to replace the control panel. So, we have bought another one which we will pick up on Friday.

So... I get to be creative : Tonight we are having chicken breast shish-ka-bobs (chicken dipped in a mixture of yogurt and curry powder, peppers , and onions) made on the George Forman grill, "baked" potatoes made in the microwave, and I was thinking of doing something with asparagus in the toaster oven. Any ideas?? :idonno:

I'm sorry your oven broke! :o

Funny that you ask about doing something with asparagus. I just saw a recipe on Pinterest!

Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese; bake at 350 10-15 minutes

I think tonight for us is Chorizo breakfast burritos (chorizo, hashbrown potatoes, eggs, cheese) and then regular burritos. My daughter is home from college for midterm break and this is one of her favorite meals.
