I just began work on my feather and fan scarf today. I am very impressed how light and silky Mosaic is, and how nice it is to work with!

The top I plan on making is the "Garter Ridge V-Neck" pattern, which was in Knit Simple magazine Fall 2010. The design has a garter stitch bodice, and the rest of the top is knit from side to side in stockinette with raised garter rows. I think the color changes with the Mosaic yarn will look very nice with that pattern. Time will tell!

I have a good feeling about it. I like that designer. The first sweater I ever knit was designed by her, and it was published in a different magazine. She is good at making things that fit well on a plus size frame. Bernat has excellent plus size patterns as well...that go all the way to size 5X! That's the reason I fell in love with Bernat. :cloud9:

Shandeh, was sweater you mentioned--your first sweater, the lacy lavender one in one of your photos? It's lovely! :)
I love Bernat yarn and being part of this community makes me love Bernat even more.
Currently I am working on Doily discloth --my 4th one-- (Lily/Sugar 'n' Cream yarn in Rainbow Bright) for a cousin who is battling leukemia. :rainy: :( I thought it might bring a little sunshine to her.

I love that sweater too! But, it wasn't my first sweater.
Here's a photo of the lacy lavender one, though...so others can see what we're talking about.

This is the first sweater I ever knit, back in 2006.

Well done.

Today I bought some Bernat mosaic in blues and I am crocheting a vest with it. I love the look of the colours!! I think this is my favourite yarn, at least for today :)

Hi zhanie! :hellogoodbye: How is the vest going? Is your Mosaic yarn the one with the blues and greens in it? (Spectrum)? Hope to see some pictures of it! Happy Spring! :D
