Crochet-Along Clue 1

Hi all...first time doing a CAL and posting on this forum. Unfortunately, the Waverly colors don't work for my bedroom, and it's hard to find Waverly yarn here. The two places I thought would have it don't. I have a project I'm almost done with and will get the motifs cranked out in no time as soon as I get yarn that will work with my room. Is it okay to post pictures even though I'm not using Waverly yarn?? The yarn I will use in place will be medium weight..

Quick question: when you block the 12 squares for Clue #1, do you pin the chained corners, or stretch the sides to fit the sides of the template and ignore the chained part?

How often are there mystery afghan clues? This is my first and its so much fun.

Then will there be another Mystery Afghan CAL after we are done in April?

You must have been reading my mind This is my first CAL also, and I am already looking forward to possibly doing another.

I finding getting a clue a week is keeping me on track. I usually get overwhelmed when looking at a big project but knowing I just have to complete a clue/week is totally "doable". I am really enjoying this experience!

The next big Bernat KAL and/or CAL will be NEXT YEAR - 2013.
