Yeah, it's VERY hard. But, our pastor said we need to sacrifice something that is important to us. So, that's the only thing I could think of. :idonno:

Hahaha! I have a rule that I am not allowed to go to craft stores/sections unless I have a specific project in mind and then I am only allowed to buy yarn for that project ;) I already have too much "pretty/soft/fun/sale" yarn and that doesn't count the yarn I have for a few upcoming projects (My Mom bought me a book with cable sweaters and the yarn for three sweaters...oh family!! :knit: Need to learn cables next!! :scared: )

WOW!! That is so cool! A new knitting book and yarn for 3 sweaters yet to boot!! You have a very sweet mom!! Lucky you!! Don't be afraid to try those cables! I taught myself (with a book) to cable and I loved it! Just take your time and don't worry if you have to rip out a few times. You'll get it and it's very rewarding!! :cloud9:

Check out the signature block, I finally finished Clue 1 yesterday. Of course, we have eight squares for Clue 3, so I'm not sure if I will get them all done before Clue 4 arrives.
Knitting for others makes the world a better place.

Just decided to start this KAL today. I have been doing the CAL and was getting through it pretty quickly and needed a challenge. Well, a sale at Michaels helped me decide too. And a challenge it is, for me. I am fairly new to knitting. I just finished my first square, and it is the first finished knit piece I have ever made. Started a few, but ever actually finished anything. But this is definitely going to take me a while.

just getting started on clue #1

I've lost my original list of colors, so I don't know which are A,B,C,D, and E. Help!! I haven't even started because I've been searching for my page that suggested colors and how many of each to buy.

If the link doesn't work you can find it on the bernat.com homepage! It lists the amounts needed and should link to some colour scheme suggestions :)
