Therefore I am thinking of buying yarn to work on 2 at the same time. The one I already have in the works is for my 7 year old. She picked the colors(pinks, see below). I am thinking of the colors below for the 2nd and would like some opinions. What do you think? The first color for both sets is MC and the last is D.

I'm also wondering what the crochet load will be in coming weeks. Is clue 2 representative, or will they get more intensive?

Pretty colors! :inlove:
There will be resting weeks in the process, so you should be fine starting another blanket.

I am knitting out of my stash. I don't dare bring anymore yarn into the house or my DDH will explode. My colors are Light grey, autumn red, charcoal grey, forest green and either chocolate or beige depending on my mood the day I need to choose.

Knitting feverishly in Jacksonville.

I am not completely sold on whether I like the incense or if Porcelain red would be better.

Please Help Me Choose!

Postby VickieJ » Wed Feb 29, 2012 8:54 pm

I am drawn to blue, white, and yellow and would appreciate suggestions for combinations to knit. I love all the colors and choosing is making my eyes cross as I am the world's worst for putting colors together. Please make some suggestions! Thank you!

I like the Porcelain Red better than the Incense.
And I think Tibetan Red would be nice too. Have you looked at that?

Tibetan Red might be a bit bright--but I was worried that incense would be too dark.

I think these look nice together, although I`m not sure if the sun drift and butter are too close since they will be used together in squares. :hellogoodbye:

I don't think the yellow combo will be that bad. The sun drift is very light pale yellow, almost closer to cream. However, the colonial beige is much lighter in person than it appears online.
