Stuck on a pattern ..... Aran Hat

Postby Knitter8 » Sun Mar 04, 2012 8:24 am

I just started this new pattern, Aran Hat in Super Value Bernat Yarn, and there is a stitch that is not defined in the Abbreviations section of the pattern. C2L and C2R are defined, but C2F is not. Is C2F supposed to be cable 1 front, Knit 1, knit stitch off cable needle? There is no mention of a cable needle in the Materials section. Has anyone else tried to make this pattern yet? Thanks, D.

We are so sorry about this, a couple of things were missed in the pattern, no cable needle is needed. Again sorry for the inconvenience.

Bernat Super Value – Aran hat – knit

C2F = Knit into front of 2nd stitch on left-hand needle, then knit first stitch, slipping both stitches off needle together.

Pom-Pom: Wind yarn around 4 fingers 60 times. Tie tightly in the middle and leave a long end of r attaching to hat. Cut loops at both ends and trim to form pom-pom.
