I am hopelessly behind with only 6 squares completed - 4 of clue 1 and 2 of clue 2, not sure when I can catch but hopeful also :)

This is just the first half of clue 3 followed by the second half of clue 1. Just different colours.

I have only been knitting for a short time and I am working so hard to get each weeks squares finished before the new clue arrives. This week is the exception, I have 6 of 8 done and feel the need for a break. I will start clue 4 then go back to finish clue 3 later. It gets pretty boring just doing the same thing over and over. I am enjoying the challenge though. How long before the next KAL is posted?

I think you will be surprised. This is NOT the first half of clue 3. It is actually clue 2 knit on the bias. It is flying off my needles. I am almost done with the first half in just under an hour. But, sadly it is bedtime for me. Hope to finish it at work tonight.

Yes, contrast A is the one you should have 4 skeins of.

Agreed - if I'm doing this correctly it's actually a shaker rib on the diagonal...you need to really follow the 4-row repeat on this pattern carefully...

You are! I was working on it while watching TV, messed up one row, and bam! The entire thing was one stitch off.
