Hamburger, italian sausage, mild ground & mild italian sausage links
BROWN hamburger and ground sausage with abt 2T olive oil. Cut links into 1" pieces and add to meat. Cook thru. DO NOT DRAIN.
ADD
1 28oz can each
Crushed Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, and Diced Tomatoes and 2 6oz cans (or 1 12oz) Tomato Paste
MIX, then ADD
Abt 1T Basil, 2t Fennel Seeds, 2t oregano, 1/4 c parsley. Add secret diced veggies here as well (I use diced zucchini and squash)
Bring to boil the lower heat to simmer no less than 1 hour, up to 24hrs. Stir whenever you walk by.
Before serving add about 1/4c Basalmic vinigar. Garnish with fresh Parm. Cheese
