My felted clogs, before and after shaving! I'm glad my legs don't need this much razor time :rofl:

Those are cool... I have never felted before, but I had no idea that sometimes you had to shave them :)

I prefer to always shave my felted items. It's a much more professional look. The only time I haven't shaved a project is when I purposely want it to look very fuzzy and then I use an alpaca yarn with a lot of halo that comes out of the wash looking like a Yeti

I use a beard trimmer because they allow me to get into small areas. I usually sit outside or over the bathroom sink to reduce the clean up.

Here's a picture of two felted bags I did. The pink fuzzy bag is not shaved and the green one was a real pain to shave because of the all the baubles that I had to shave around and then shave each bauble as well.
