Is this Pearl again? My cats just love sitting on my squares, which are all piled up on the coffee table for now, still awaiting blocking. Those 8 from week 3 sort of got me behind on the blocking process!

Yes, that is Pearl. The minute I spread them out on the bed she's races in just about knocking me down in the process. Too funny! I learned long ago to put my loose yarn away. I found it one day trailed through two stories. Weaved in and out of the banister and up and down the the stairs.

Oh wow. I can just picture it! I bet that was quite a surprise! One gigantic spider's web in colourful fiber!

I wish you'd had a camera set up to record the way she did that. It would be hilarious to watch.

:hellogoodbye: Here are my first two squares for Clue 4. Since Week 5 is about blocking I thought I would show one of the squares I blocked and the other which is not. Obviously blocking does make a big difference.

Thank you all for sharing. I love reading what you have to say. I thought I was the only one behind. It's nice to know that I have company.
I also love seeing all the different color combo's - I will try to send you a photo of what mine look like.
You are doing a great job.
thank you for the encouragement and support : :cloud9: :knit: :knit: :knit:

I am probably the most behind of everyone. I'm brand new to knitting, so some of this is a struggle. I have 3 of clue one done, and 1 and maybe a half of clue 2 done. I got stalled with clue 2, and ended up pulling the first one apart about 6 times in various stages. That whole every-other stitch thing throws me for a loop! I will catch up one of these days, and I will eventually finish this afghan.
