I've been thinking the same thing, so I have all those patterns enlarged and sitting on my music stand by the knit/crochet chair in my living room. Music stands are PERFECT for holding patterns! ;)

You can sometimes find them in thrift stores, or on eBay.

Well I finished my second CAL motifs and I still cannot knit so I did make the fourth dishcloth in that book. I don't like the others as cloths cuz they are more decorative than useful in my opinion. I want something that will catch and hold the counter top stuff when I wipe it, or cover my hand when scrubbing dishes. I don't want my fingers going through. They may be pretty, but I want and prefer to give useful.
I did have to remove my last row, photo below, I skipped the whole 'crochet then miss' step and had to stop to figure out why it was all bunchy. I can usually get a cloth finished in about an hour, this one took two.

Thank you!
We had a cable outage here today, so I worked on my CAL 5's, got 4 finished then I was afraid my brain would melt from the sheer boredom of it so I took a break and made the Primrose Dishcloth from Bright Ideas.

It didn't even take me an hour. I did run out of the deep purple a tidge early, but you can hardly see my mistake. I also used Scrubby in the very centre and matching cotton on the outer.
I absolutely love how for about a dollar and an hour you can create something so completely useful!
Terrific progress everyone! Keep your photos coming!

I really like that Primrose cloth. And that was smart to use the Scrubby yarn in the center.
